12:52 AM D5 and D50 came over my house today! haha how packed was the place man. didn't expect so many people to come... and my living room's real small, so we were like packed like sardines or sth. haha! the whole time was just rowdy. haha! they are all nonsense ppl :) let the pictures do the talking. (a few of what pf took) (the guys were constantly moving about so many pics were kinda blurred haha)              haha and there were the LOVE photo tryout after that. but that's top secret man ;) anywayy tonight when julian and i opened the door to the bedroom.... we laughed! HAHA. whoever placed the carebear on the window?! maybe it walked there by itself-.- haha!!  but it looks quite cute there right? haha! anyway, my maid went home today already. wow it was just so sudden... i must say not everything has registered in my mind yet. hahaa i need a night to get reality straight man. but stil, it really might have been God's plan. the road to independence now. oh i'll miss her so much. she's been here since i was p5 man. oh man. give me a night! 12:56 AM haha D5's currently having mass conversation online and we are mostly girls (excluding nick) HAHA! and we are talking about how many good movies there are right now!! i've watched Red Cliff 2, Inkheart, Love Matters the last 2 weeks.and so much money spent! and i wanna watch Wedding game, Bride Wars, Ipman and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button! cny's here but my money is all gonna go into the B-A-N-K man... hahaa but still, i really do wanna watch those movies :) yeahh man. but i still think Red Cliff is so good. haha! 10:34 PM haha cny holiday is like over in the blink of an eye. haha! and i'm starting school on mondayy!! excited and yet nervous at the same time... hahaa.. but yet, fuller of anticipation than last year ;) anywayy watched love matters last night with my parents. i think it's quite cool, cuz they just allowed me to go in without asking for my IC! HAHA! my mom says i got the old face... -.- and my younger cousin said my face old, but body young-.- well anyway! i think the show is okay okay only lah. mom says not suitable for me, cuz i wont understand. hahh.tsk. RED CLIFF 2 is the best!!!!! :) then today, when i came home from all the visitation, there was godric choongkai and jason at my house. i was quite shocked when i opened the door man... haha.. and they were watching red cliff 1! we are all into this red cliff madness... hahaha! but hey, it's a really good show :) zhu ge liang's super cool! 2:24 AM we had visitation at moo's house yesterday :) it was just so amazing. we had this really impromptu worship and praying session man. it's just so powerful, God felt so real and His power was really in that living room... how we could just sing along to the worship songs while moo played the guitar, and it soon became a time where everyone just closed their eyes and lifted their hearts and hands to God. it was just soooo cool. how people in the other room soon came over and join in, and how choongkai who just arrived joined in the worship too. when i opened my eyes then, it was just so wow. how i looked around and saw everyone in deep worship. man....that feeling was just incredible. yuheng, you're so gonna get touched by God man. your life is so gonna change around! it will definitely come to pass! :) anywayy, i really learnt that sometimes i can't just think i'm doing so much... haha in fact, i'm never doing enough!! i need to do more :) 2008 is long over, what a year man. all the happenings, it has really grown me so so so much. i love church. it's really a place filled with love. everything's really simple. loving people, loving God. gotta guard my heart :) p.s keryn and kasie are the cutest girls ever!! hahaa. they really make my day :)

11:43 PM just came home from Zone D Reunion Dinner not long ago :) it was just a simple time of fun and laughter, but i just love times like this... it's really inspiring to see how John has really grown over the past months! there's always a place for everyone in hoGc! i believe many more will find their destiny here :) this morning Xuejun and i met up with Jieru to discuss about hospi. Jieru's super amazing... even though she only reached home at around 7am after a meeting last night, she still rushed down for a meeting with us when she barely slept for 2hours! i'm very excited for hospi! it's really conquering new grounds this year man.... i really believe with all of my heart that God has so much crazy and amazing stuff for us the year ahead! everything's really gonna go UP levels! during the meeting with Yassy yesterday, it really really encouraged me so much. it got me so so excited for what's in stored for the hospitality team too :) Just like Samuel... Do not perceive much, but to hear from God. i know that God's gonna grow me in my character through this, i saw a glimpse of the plan God is bringing me through yesterday! there's just so much power when you hear from God directly. truly, no one else knows me better than You do :) :) CO is going to have a reunion this friday... i believe this is going to bring us closer together! just spending quality time with one another, we are going to know each other in a deeper way :) bridging the gap between generations... this will be the vision for our team... it's gonna be a strong and powerful one... 2009's gonna be different. direction is the key :) school's gonna start in one and a half week's time! i'm gonna be classmates with darryl seah and gabriel lee etc. hahaha... lynette says i'm gonna see darryl like forever. ohman! HAHA. school, photog, ministry deployment! ohyes! we are gonna bake cake next thurs! can't imagine darryl baking a cake. HAHA! it'll be hilarious.... i really should start experimenting some recipes and be an awesome cook!! hahaha! it shall come to pass amen :) Monday, January 19, 2009
1:26 AM i want to growww! happy but never satisfied. i need to grow in intimacy and proximity with God. even more, even more man... there is truly no one comparable to our God... before Him there is no pretense.. to be able to pour out our heart before Him, everything that's hidden inside... even just by giving follow up yesterday, the verse in Psalm 62:8 just hit me so strongly. God really is our refuge... i can't help but be thankful for how He has been there for me every single time. God's plans are definitely higher than those of my own... those times then was just like being in the wilderness, in the desert place... the times where God seemed so far away, so distant...and that everything just seemed so bad. thank God for bringing me out from there, how everything just fell into place when i lifted my eyes upon Him. i cant imagine life now if i hadn't made that decision for God... how i'll be missing out on my destiny in Him. man...i cant help but give thanks for every single thing He's been doing in my life. how awesome is that, how priviledge i am to be in this position right now... i could never have asked for more man. recently i really like the song 'How Could I Live' have been using it for worship during qt... and how it just draws me back to God everytime i worship with this song. truly, how could i survive without Your love and touch. i've went through it the hard way, known it, seen it... i would never want to let go ever again. 2 years, 5 years, 10 years, 20 years.... it's gonna be a lifetime. a lifetime of love, joy, purpose and destiny. what better place to be than in hoGc? cant wait to see you at the end of the race :) Thursday, January 15, 2009
10:33 PM 7 of us in D5 had prayer meeting and worship session today in church! we worshipped for about half an hour, and prayed for 2 whole hours!! wow i really sensed a breakthrough in the spirit man! :D choir is inspiring :) CO is gonna breakthrough too!! hahaa i'm researching through all the songs and stuff! it's not gonna be a cheena ministry, haha it's gonna be cool and funky man! :) God! 2:50 AM i just watch Australia with my dad and bro tonight! and the movie is 2h 45 min! super super long.... it's like the duration of two movies man. haha... it's not bad lah. at first was quite boring and i didnt understand the show... but then it got quite nice :D okay nick has uploaded the photos!! it's gonna be super cool. we should really print all the photos we have took since the start, and put all of it in an album! how cool it'd be 10years down the road! 4:59 PM HAPPY NEW YEAR! haha it was really super nice celebrating and counting down to the new year in church during friends night! at the point when the clock striked 12, wow everyone just went around to wish one another happy new year.... and then we had 'thats what friends are for' ! i really loved that moment man, when you just felt so so loved and priviledge to be in such an awesome place!! 2009 is gonna be such a blast! i remember just blogging here last new year actually... hahaha the year just zoomed past in the blink of an eye man! this year will be a huge change... more responsibilies, more processes, more hard work, more LOVE! to quote what ranford and i said last year... or was it the previous? HAHA. "people work is love!" ohyeahh. and we're all turning 18 this very year!! that needs a BIG wow! p.s: i havent bathed for the whole year!!! (haha this was our joke last 1jan too) |
